Terms of service

By buying a product from me you have automatically accepted my TOS and you must follow them.

Once paid, I'll send you the sketch for revisions and changes.
Big changes after lineart will result in extra charge.If I made a mistake or forgot any detail to the piece you can ask for corrections, but I won't add/change things that we didn't previously agree. If there are not references given, I will take that as creative freedom.

Worldwide payments via Paypal, Wise, Crypto. No refunds. Payments can be splitted but won't be in every commission, please ask in advance! Additional characters are +70% of the original price. Many details in character could increase the price. If client doesn't want me to show/stream the process/final results of the commission on my social media until a desired date, privacy fee is +15%. If client wants to keep the commission private forever, privacy fee is +35%. If the artwork is needed for a certain date before I would usually finish it, an extra 20% will be charged.	AS THE ARTIST I have the right to share/stream the commission process or results on my social media unless the 35% privacy fee was paid before starting the commission. I won't sell merch/products with the commissioned art, unless the client have commissioned me a character design and chose to split the payment it in parts but don't want to pay the last 50%. In that scenario, I have the right to not send the final files and sell the design on my own. AS THE CLIENT You are allowed to re-upload the artwork. When the commissioned work is shared publicly, visible credit must be included unless an extra fee is paid (has to be talked privately). Client may not claim authorship, ownership, or copyright over the commissioned asset under any circumstances. Art cannot be resold unless the proper rights were paid.

personal	The commissioned work can be used to create digital or physical items for personal enjoyment, and can be shared on the clients non-commercial/non-monetized social media or content platforms.
monetized content	Client can share digital content derived from the commissioned work on their own monetized or commercial social and content platforms. However, the creation and sale of digital or physical products using the commissioned art is strictly prohibited.
commercial	The client has permitted to create, resell, and distribute value-added or derivative digital and physical end products made with the commissioned asset. They may also create and share digital or physical content to promote the sale of such products. However, reselling the commissioned asset “as-is” without any meaningful modifications or added value, is not permitted.
